Should students have phones in school?
Students should be able to have phones in school. The first reason is that students may need to use their phones for after school purposes. If students do not have their phones they will need to use the office phone and with all the people it could take a while. Also if students are not sure and cant hear what the teacher is saying they could record the class to look over it again later that allows you to learn more. Next if there is a threat in the school you could easily use your phone to contact the local police. lastly if worst comes to worst and you dont have a calculator your phone most likely has an app that is a calculator. students should not be able to have phones. Here are some reasons why not to have phones, first it could distract the students by getting texts every two minutes not allowing the kids to pay attention wich could lead to bad grades. lastly if you get caught with your phone the teacher could get mad at you and either start not to like you or tell your parents and get punished. This article brings many great pros and cons to the topic of cell phones and schools check it out.

last nights Superbowl was an exciting one from green bay and the Steelers to the funny commercials. Here are some of my thoughts about it. First I thought Green Bay played a great game and Aaron Rogers had a great performance. The QB for the Packers Aaron rogers won the Superbowl MVP award and carried the team on his shoulders to an amazing win over the Steelers. Although the Steelers did not win they had a heck of a game they even came close at the end. But Charles woodson's touching halftime speech after he had just been injured inspired the Packers to play their hardest even though they were ahead, the packers did just that and won Super Bowl 45. Here are some of woodson's thoughts. the next thing i would like to talk about is the commercials although not as good as before there was a lot of funny commercials in this years Superbowl from Doritos to cars they made me laugh.here are some of the commercials. Other than that those are my thoughts on the Superbowl.

will Facebook strengthen student teacher connections
In the article i have just read it explains how Facebook could help you talk and share feelings with a teacher. in the article it says how Facebook could help you talk to a teacher about what they have said in the recent class. i agree with this because i know from experience it is hard to talk to a teacher face to face and tell them you do not get it. through Facebook you can private chat them and simply ask them the question with out all the awkwardness. this could also be a bad thing one because it does not teach you how to talk to someone you don,t feel comfortable with and it gives them access to chats with friends and pictures of something you don,t want them to see. also in the article it states that the teachers Facebook page could alert you if we had school. lastly they make and interesting point in the article that if you are sick you can still attend class. this is good because no more makeup work that keep adding up till you are fed up with it and full with stress. i think that is a great idea because i have had the experience and it is not fun Facebook could help you these are my thought about why and why not students and teachers should communicate through Facebook.
